Building work is rarely a single trade. Walls come down, carpentry goes up, and then plastering, tiling and painting have to follow in the right order. As your contractor in Rotterdam we take that coordination off your hands. You do not have to find a plasterer, a painter and a carpenter yourself and line up their diaries.
If Dutch is not your first language, arranging building work here takes extra effort. The trade terms, the quotes and the appointments are usually in Dutch. With us you can discuss your plans, the quote and the work on site in English.
You can hire us for a complete project, such as an extension or the renovation of a whole home, and also for one part of it: painting only, plastering only or a new bathroom. We are based in the south of Rotterdam and work across the city and the surrounding municipalities.

Do you speak English?
Yes. The owner speaks English, so you can message, call and discuss the work on site in English.
How do I request a quote?
Call us, send a WhatsApp message or fill in the form on this page. A few photos of the situation help us to get a good picture quickly. A quote is free and without obligation.
Do you arrange all the trades?
Yes. You have one point of contact from quote to handover. We schedule and supervise the trades your project needs, so you do not have to find and manage them yourself.
Do I need a permit?
For painting, plastering and a new bathroom usually not. For an extension, an extra storey or changing a load-bearing wall you often do. The permit check of the Omgevingsloket, the Dutch government portal for building permits, shows what applies to your address. We are happy to think along about what is needed.
I rent my home. Can I hire you?
Yes, for work you are allowed to have done in your rental home. Changes to the property itself usually need the landlord's permission, so check your rental contract first.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Rotterdam and the municipalities around it, including Barendrecht and Schiedam. If you are not sure whether your address is in our area, send us a message.

We are based on Polderlaan in Rotterdam-Zuid and work across the whole city, from Feijenoord, Charlois and IJsselmonde to Noord, Kralingen and Hillegersberg.
